1 small container baby spinach + arugula
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 container bocconcini, sliced
¼ cup raw or roasted pumpkin seeds, unsalted
¼ cup slivered almonds
Optional: Maple Dijon Dressing
The best way to create this salad is with layers to make sure you get a combination of the all the ingredients in each bite. Aim to create two layers.
Layer 1: baby spinach + arugula
Layer 2: strawberries
Layer 3: bocconcini
Layer 4: pumpkin seeds + almonds
