Low-Carb Turkey "Burger" with Easy Tzatziki Sauce

If you're looking to cut down on carbs, try this low-carb version, where lettuce takes the place of your typical burger bun. Trust us, you won't even miss the bread! Paired with a simple "Tzatziki" sauce, it's perfectly light for summer.

Total prep time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Store-bought ground turkey patty (well-cooked in canola oil)
  • Boston lettuce (to replace bun) 
  • Red onion ring
  • Cucumber slices 
  • Sliced tomato 

Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Thaw and cook turkey burger until cooked through.
  2. Prepare vegetables as you like them!
  3. Combine dill and lemon juice with Greek yogurt. Mix well.
  4. Instead of using a bun, use lettuce as a wrap.
  5. Top with your favourite condiments and enjoy!
