Drizzle this zesty dressing over our End of Summer Greek Salad, or use it to marinate any of our fish recipes.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes 6-8 servings
3 tbsp Olive oil infused with basil
½ cup Canola oil
2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Fresh lime juice (1-2 limes)
Freshly ground salt & pepper (to taste)
Whisk all ingredient together and pour into a salad dressing container for use later.
Alternatively, pour the vinaigrette directly onto your salad of choice (pairs great with our End of Summer Greek Salad)
Toss, and serve! Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days. Shake before serving.
