Makes 1 sandwich
- 2 slices - Whole grain bread
- 2 tbsp - Roasted red pepper hummus
- 2 slices - Swiss cheese
- Green leaf lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Build your own sandwich! Spread hummus on each side of whole grain bread.
- Top with sliced cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
