Looking for an easy as 1-2-3 healthy recipe for those hot summer nights when you just don't want to spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen? This fish dish is the easiest to make because we know you’re busy tonight! ;-)
Total prep time: 5 minutes
- 1 tbsp ready made Pesto
- 1 fresh salmon fillet
- a few slices of fresh lemon
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet.
- Top evenly with pesto. Add sliced lemon.
- Bake at 350 until salmon flakes easily.
Tip: Serve with rice and broccoli topped with cheese (or any other grain and veggies of choice)
