This salad is pretty to look at and even more delicious to eat! Hemp hearts are a source of protein, fibre and heart-healthy fats.
Total prep time: 15 minutes
1 honeydew melon
½ cup hemp hearts
1. Chop fruit into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large clear bowl.
2. Sprinkle with hemp hearts and toss to combine.
