Turkey Provolone Wraps

Looking to spice up your standard sandwich lunch routine? Packed with lean protein and antioxidants these turkey provolone wraps should do the trick!


  • 1 soft whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup leafy greens
  • 2 oz thinly sliced turkey
  • 1 oz slices provolone
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced


  1. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortilla leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges
  2. Distribute the leafy greens evenly over the cream cheese layer, followed by the turkey, then the provolone and finally the bell pepper slices (avoid adding too many additional toppings as overfilling the wrap will make rolling difficult)
  3. Tightly roll the wrap. For an appetizer version slice the wrap diagonally into bite-sized pieces and secure each piece with a toothpick
