Ingredient Combinations:

Sweet:

  • Muddy Monkey: almond butter, sliced strawberries or banana, mashed raspberries and a drizzle of honey (optional)
  • Cheesecake: cream cheese (plain), sliced strawberries or figs
  • Pistachio: greek yogurt (plain or vanilla), pistachios, honey (optional)
  • Chocolate Hazelnut: chocolate hazelnut spread, sliced strawberries or banana

Savoury:

  • Mexi-cake: guacamole (or avocado mash), sliced cherry tomatoes, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  • Nicose: cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onion and dill (optional)
  • Hum-dinger: hummus, thinly sliced cheese, sprouts

Other Toppings:

  • Coconut
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Seeds
  • Ricotta
  • Nut Butters

Instructions:

1. Layer on desired topping combinations for a quick and easy mini-meal or snack.
