- 5 avocados, pitted and mashed
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chilli pepper
- Place the mashed avocado pulp in a large bowl and coat in lime juice
- Add in cumin and chili pepper and mix to combine. Serve immediately or allow guacamole to sit for an hour to allow the flavours to develop before serving.
