Serving Size: 1 apple
- 1 apple, with peel on
- 2.5 tbsp. nut butter
- 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp. dried, unsweetened cranberries
- Core apple using corer, if you have one and then slice in 5-6 rounds. If you don’t have a corer, just slice the apple and then cut out the core of each slice.
- Top the apple slices with your favorite nut butter, and sprinkle on top the sunflower seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts and cranberries.
