This recipe makes for a great snack (when halved), appetizer (quartered), or make a full bagel sandwich for breakfast or lunch.
- Whole grain bagel
- Ricotta cheese
- Sliced honey crisp apples
- Raw or roasted pumpkin seeds
- Spread ricotta on bagel,
- Slice apples thinly. Top bagel with sliced apple,
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds for extra crunch!
