Tart pomegranate meets rich coconut Malibu!

Makes 2 Martinis

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Coconut Malibu Rum
  • 2 oz. pomegranate seeds + juices from cutting the fruit
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed clementine juice
  • ½ cup ice
  • 4 oz. sparkling water
  • Orange peel for garnish

Directions:

Combine rum, pomegranate seeds and juices in a shaker over ice, shake 10 times. Pour sparkling water into a martini glass and top with shaker contents, excluding the ice.

*Note – do not put sparkling water into the shaker or it will explode! For more color, squeeze the juice from a few of the pomegranate seeds into the shaker before shaking.
