When I started with Craving Health back in March 2016 I weighed in at 181 lbs.  On my last visit in September 2016, I weighed in at 151 lbs.  Also my body fat went from 45% to 36%. Previously, I have tried to lose weight on my own.  I did lose a lot of weight once before, but not in a healthy eating manner.  I gained the weight back plus extra.  Having had breast cancer I knew that I needed to lose weight in a healthy manner this time.  So I decided to try and lose weight with the help of a Dietitian.

The top three benefits for me in working with a Dietitian was learning to eat healthy, portion control, and learning to read the nutrition labels. The service I received was fantastic. 

I would recommend Craving Health to anyone who is looking for a Dietitian. They helped me realize how much eating healthy is needed.

Our dietitian expertly answered all of the questions that were raised by different members of the team and we all benefited greatly - also we were given printed material to reference at a later date. Our team is more health conscious now. Even if we don't follow all the healthy rules we learned all the time we do know them!

Working with a dietitian was a very positive team experience for us. Even those that figured they were not going to enjoy this experience admitted that they did learn something useful. Would highly recommend inviting a dietitian to present as a workplace team activity.
