- 1 package (5 oz) of baby kale (pre-washed and ready-to-eat)
- 1/3 cup sliced roasted almonds, garlic flavoured
- 100 g Parmesan cheese petals
- 1/2 cup multigrain garlic croutons
1. Toss together all salad ingredients.
2. Pour caesar vinaigrette dressing over salad and toss. You may wish to squeeze some additional fresh lemon juice over top. Enjoy!
